A cousin of long time Post centerfielder Scott Brennan, Brendan Cudmore joined the club for the 2008 season and has been a front runner for league "Rookie of the Year" honors. Batting .600 through the first four games, Cudmore suffered a pulled hamstring that forced him to miss two games. However, Skipper Vinny Fiorillo is hoping for Brendan's return to the Post lineup, and will that, a return to the team's winning ways following a two game losing streak during Brendan's absence.
